Governor David Nweze Umahi of Ebonyi State.
The Commissioner for Information and State Orientation, Barr Orji Uchenna Orji, stated this in a release made available to newsmen after the executive council meeting, Wednesday in Abakaliki.

He said that "under the proposal, the state government shall be entitled to 10% of the gross profit to be made by company subject to upward review of 15% after 3 years."
He also stated that the executive council approved the partnership arrangement and applauded Governor David Nweze Umahi for his efforts in building capacities for the university, through private sector initiatives.
Earlier, Orji disclosed that executive council received a report of the committee on the draft of the bill for law to establish the University of Aeronautic Engineering in Ezza South LGA, and University of ICT, Science and Technology in Izzi Local Government Area.
