Following the today's scheduled inauguration of the newly elected Council Chairmen in Ebonyi, a veteran journalist, Mr Lawrence Egede, has congratulated the Chairman-elect of the Ohaukwu LGA of the state, Hon Ikechukwu Odono.
Egede in his congratulatory message to Odono, described his proposed inauguration this Thursday as a remarkable occasion.
He said that today's inauguration is between Hon Ikechukwu Odono and the people of Ohaukwu LGA in the Ebonyi State of Nigeria.
He added: "It came to pass that the love reign of His Royal Highness Eze Odono, during his lifetime will reflect again today being 1st day of September 2022 as God has destined it to be from time.
"Hon. Ikechukwu Odono will be given a golden Crown of honour today, as the Chairman of the Ohaukwu Local Government area in the Ebonyi State of Nigeria.
"It is a very wonderful thing in the eyes of some of us for the fact that if God directs, nobody can misdirect the course of any destiny that the Supreme Force rightly ordained. No reversing.
"On behalf of my family and also of Chief Benson Egede of Amike Community in Ohaukwu LGA of Ebonyi State, do hereby Congratulate Ikechukwu Odono, the ODOGWU Nwoke, the youth representative, the Adult young ruler who will as from this day of 1st September 2022 become the Chairman of the Land of God, known as Ohaukwu LGA.
"We wish him a very successful tenure in office and advise him to rekindle the light of love and the gentle habit, with which his father governed the people in the past. To God is the glory."
