I was present in the meeting of the above schedule for the first time, since the new Local Govt. Chairman assumed office at the Council Headquarters.
The more striking importance and the most interesting aspect of the meeting were when I saw that the youths were greater in number. It gladdened my heart.
In attendance were the key big shots of our modern-day best Stars, amongst the cream men in the grassroots emancipation politics, who thrilled the people that graced the epoch meeting.
There is no need to mention names, but I need to point out that the most prominent in the meeting were made up of the followings:- the new Chairman of the Council Odogwu Nwoke, Sunday Inyima, Emma Elechi, Pastor Nwachukwu Eze, all the D/C Coordinators and some of the Traditional Stool handlers.
Among all the speeches made by those that were mandated to address the audience, the one I remarked on was the advice given by a contributor, that everyone should start a sure political movement campaign of the house to house massive evangelism.
Another wonder I noticed was that the young Chairman of the Council conveniently convinced me he is a humble, polite, calm, gentle, peaceful and Welcome Asset to everyone around him.
I think something good should be expected from the Ohaukwu Chairman if what I saw in him shall abide with the people.
If Nigeria remains peaceful, the people of Ohaukwu LGA which is the Land of God will prosper.
