Barely eight days to the 25th February general election, a Federal High Court sitting in Akure, the Ondo State capital has disqualified the candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) for Akoko Southeast and Southwest Federal constituency, Adegboyega Adefarati.
The court also declared that the APC primary election in the federal constituency was null and void.
