Gleams of sheer joy and peace formed the smiles that decorated the many faces of the good people of Nduebor Ezzainyimegu Autonomous Community in Izzi Local Government Area of Ebonyi State, yesterday, as they embraced their new Traditional Ruler in the person of His Royal Highness, Eze Augustine Nwamini Mbam Nwovu, Eze Du Oha Ree II of Nduebor Ezzainyimegu Autonomous Community.The peaceful emergence and unanimous acceptance of the new traditional ruler caught the admiration and delight of Rt. Hon. Francis Ogbonna Nwifuru, a story which he described as first in the history of Izzi clan.
Mr. Speaker went on to applaud and congratulate the people of Nduebor Ezzainyimegu Autonomous Community, not just for the peaceful process that saw to the successful coronation of their new ruler, but the wisdom in making a choice of HRH Eze Augustine Nwamini Mbam Nwovu.
He praised the brand new king as a man of unparalleled humility, wisdom and peace; one who has helped so many people to a successful life, by placing their cares and worries before his own.
Eulogizing him further, Speaker Nwifuru prayed the new leader to maintain his star quality of an ideal father in his new space, so to attract huge blessings and development to Nduebor Ezzainyimegu.
As part of his congratulatory gesture, Rt. Hon. Francis Ogbonna Nwifuru made a donation of Two Million Naira (N2,000,000.00) only, to the brand new king and wished him all the very best in his reign.
Other top dignitaries who graced the coronation were; Sen. Chief Chris Nwankwo, Rt. Hon. Sylvester O. Ogbaga, Arc. Sir Edward Nkwegu, Chief Matthias Adum, Chief Paul James Nwogha, Hon. Charles Ofoke, Mr. Emeka Nwankwo, Hon. Chijioke Nwuzor, Hon. Frank Uchenna Nwankpuma, HRH Eze Sunday Oketa, Comrade Tony Nwizi, many other Izzi traditional rulers and a host of other very important personalities.
His Royal Highness, Eze Augustine Nwamini Mbam Nwovu (Okwadike) was born in the year 1964 into the family of Mbam Nwovu Nweke Oshibe in Ezza Ofu Village in Ezzainyimegu, now known as Nduebor Ezzainyimegu Autonomous Community.
