Little Miss Chidalu Davina Adibe-Nwafor on Sunday was dedicated to the God at Immanuel Methodist Church, Abakaliki Diocese by her parents, Dr Kenneth Adibe-Nwafor, Senior Lecturer in Ebonyi State University, Abakaliki and Hon. Mrs Jennifer Adibe-Nwafor, the Special Assistant to Ebonyi State Governor on Inter Party and Labour Matters.
The event which its reception was held at Akanu Ibiam International Conference Centre, Abakaliki witnessed the presence of Governor David Nweze Umahi of Ebonyi State, ably represented by his Principal Secretary, Chief Emmanuel Obasi, other government functionaries, family members, friends and well-wishers.
Interacting with newsmen, the Chairman of the occasion, Chief Moses Ogodo-Ali Nome wished the family an endless joy, advising the father and mother to work together in training the child to be God fearing.
The father of Davina, Dr Kenneth Adibe-Nwafor, has appreciated the government functionaries, friends and well-wishers who celebrated with them during the occasion.
Also her mother, Comrade Jennifer Adibe-Nwafor, thanked all the guests, especially the governor, other high profiled persons and well-wishers who honoured the event.
