Ogah during his official engagement on Sunday bruised in where Izzi Nnodo people in Lagos celebrated her new yam cultural festival at Ebonyi house in the state, described culture as a uniting force and maintained that any community without culture has no identity.
"I am glad and happy to be here present to celebrate with you people, having known the relationship between Izzi and Ikwo people and as an Ebonyi man at the National Assembly though I heard that you people officially invited many government functionaries and they were all represented.
