Following the ongoing training of Ebubeagu Security Outfit in Abakaliki Local Government Council, the Executive Chairman of the Area, Hon. Emmanuel Nwangele has charged the trainees to shun any conduct or act of indiscipline capable of indicting them in the course of carrying out their duties.
Hon. Nwangele who gave the words of admonition this morning while addressing the Ebubeagu Security Outfit at the Local Government Council Headquarters Nkaliki, noted that honesty, integrity, hardworking and prayerfulness should always be the secret of their success.
The Council Boss also commended the leadership of the Ebubeagu Security Operative, from the zonal down to the local government levels for their efforts in the security of lives and properties in the society, stressing that security should not be left only in the hands of the government but rather should be seen as everybody's business.
He advised the youths to stay away from violence and other forms of unlawful practices that could threaten or endanger the security of lives and properties in the society, stressing that peace and unity is the hallmark of societal development.
He also appreciated the State Governor, His Excellency, Engr. David Nweze Umahi for his commitment in making sure that the lives and properties of Ebonyi residents are adequately protected, and assured of his support in promoting peace and tranquillity in all parts of Abakaliki L.G.A.
