Ebonyi State chapter of Project Beyond 2023 for Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, on Sunday in Abakaliki town held its first physical meeting of the State Working Executives, drumming support for Tinubu's presidential aspiration in the country.
Interacting with journalists after the meeting, the State Coordinator of the Group, Comrade Emmanuel Victor Nweze described Tinubu as the best presidential candidate come 2023.
He noted that the group has pledged to work aggressively for the victory of Tinubu in the state come 2023.
Nweze encouraged all the members to be working steadfast in projecting and supporting their principal, maintaining that "Bola Ahmed Tinubu is the man who owns the APC Presidential ticket come 2023, and we should make away with fear and stand firm for BAT2023."
Reacting to the clamour of equity by the southeast people, Nweze urged Nigerians to rather seek the best candidate that can give the country the best leadership in 2023.
He said that "Tinubu is a boss of many bosses politically and otherwise.
"This is a man who has made many people a leader. If you go to the centre, many people are bowing down for him, if you come to the state level, he has installed many leaders and even down to the grassroots level. There's no doubt whether he would win the 2023 presidential ticket and that's why we should work hard for his victory in our state."
He noted that the state working committees will design special face caps and T-shirts with the inscriptions of Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, his picture and others, to share with the members of the group and the supporters.
