Governor David Umahi has approved the release of the promotion of the civil servants from 2019 till 2021.
This was contained in a release by the Ebonyi Commissioner for Information and State Orientation, Barr Orji Uche Orji on Monday in Abakaliki.
He said the state government also approved the payment of pension to all pensioners in the state with immediate effect from the 2nd March 2022.
"The Governor of Ebonyi State, His Excellency, Engr. Chief David Nweze Umahi FNSE, FNATE (Akubaraoha), has graciously approved the release of the promotion of Civil Servants for the years 2019, 2020 and 2021 to all deserving Civil Servants in the State.
"His Excellency the Governor has also approved the payment of Pension to all Pensioners in the State with effect from 22nd March 2022," Orji said.
