All the past and present political appointees under the auspices of the Forum of Ebonyi State Federal Board Appointees have extolled Governor David Nweze Umahi and his Deputy, Chief Eric Kelechi Igwe over their victory at the Court of Appeal after their 'purported removal' by the Federal High Court, Abuja in the recent time.

This was contained in a release endorsed by the Ebonyi State Chairman of the Forum, Alhaji Abdullahi Abubakar Onyema, the Secretary - Hon James Nwite JP and the Publicity Secretary - Hon Alloy Nwibo, made available to journalists, Monday in Abakaliki.
The Forum also commended Governor Umahi for his determination to transform Ebonyi by way of disengaging the citizens of the state from poverty, negligence, misplacement of priority, infrastructure decay, underdevelopment and several disorder.
According to the release, "Ebonyi State is in the process of development through the visions and the missions of Governor Umahi, and as such, all distraction created by the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP through the orchestrated High Court Judgement on the 8th of March 2022 are highly regretted and unfortunate but thank God that the upper court has returned sanity into the system.
"The Forum in its unwavering belief alien with the Executive Governor of the strides including human and infrastructure development, equity and fairness to all parties of the state in the distribution of political appointments, which have seen to the geometric developments of the state at the same time."
The Federal board appointees urged Governor Umahi to continue defending his God-given mandate which the "enemies of progress" have decided to truncate but the gods of our land will repel the move."
They commended the constitution of the only committee by the governor to ensure no part of the state suffers political marginalization.
"That the belief of the Executive Governor of Ebonyi State His Excellency Apostle David Nweze U, Mahi in building unity through the charter of equity is commendable. This singular ideology has eroded the phobia attached to the minorities in the state as at when due and all the rights of the different zones of the state will always get what belongs to them."
The Forum further urged the leaders and stakeholders of other political parties to emulate Governor Umahi and the Ebonyi APC family by adopting a zoning formula to reduce crisis in the forthcoming election and beyond.
The pasta and present Federal board appointees condemned the PDP actions against the zoning ideology as pronounced by Governor Umahi, saying that "in unity, we stand and... there is no going back," from strengthening the charter of equity,
Considering "the enormous contributions of Governor Umahi towards the emancipation of typical Ebonyi men from abject poverty," the members of the Forum, declared their total support and loyalty to his intent to his journey to Aso Rock as the next democratically elected President of the country.
They also enjoined all Ebonyians to sustain their unflinching support for the governor as he works towards a peaceful and equitable political transition in the forthcoming general election in the state.
The Forum equally urged Ebonyians to remain calm and go about their normal business as justice has been restored.
The federal board appointees, however, called on "the National body of the APC especially the leader of the party and the President Muhammad Buhari to support Governor David Umahi in making Ebonyi a complete APC State as the conversion of the state into APC is what the PDP is fighting the governor for."
The forum noted that "despite their PDP fight, APC is growing strong and better with Chief Stanley Despite as the Ebonyi State APC Chairman."
