Following the APC gubernatorial primary holding today across the nation, the Honourable Member representing Ezza/Ikwo South Federal Constituency; Comrade Chinedu Ogah has thrown his weight behind the governorship race of the Speaker of Ebonyi State House of Assembly, Chief Francis Ogbonna Nwifuru.
Ogah who declared his full support for the Ebonyi Speaker's governorship aspiration, early Thursday morning in Abakaliki, urged all the ward delegates in the state to vote for Nwifuru in today's gubernatorial primary election.
He made the call in a statement containing his name which was forwarded to the NATIONAL PANEL news desk for updates on Thursday morning.
Part of the statement read: "The Member Representing Ikwo/Ezza South Federal Constituency; Hon. (Comrade) Chinedu Ogah OON has urged all APC Delegates in 171 wards of Ebonyi State to give their votes to the Speaker of Ebonyi State House of Assembly; Rt Hon. Francis Ogbonna Nwifuru as the incoming governor of Ebonyi State."
Comrade Ogah, the Green Chambers Lawmaker is also seeking reelection for his current position.
