Politics this time around is not what you think, but what people think about you and it is not by anointment, not by preemptive display of victory, not by hoping upon hope, not by relying on the immediate powers that be, not by personal advertisement, not by few supporters assurances, not for free sponsorship, not by looking down on others and not by disregarding the presence of other political parties, but it is a case of facing basic realities.
*Some people are already into the personal exhibition as the next Governor of Ebonyi State, but in the fact, they do not have what it takes to contest a mass sympathy election successfully if rated with those who befits it.*
*Nigeria is advancing and the masses are becoming wiser, if it is about the politics of the day.*
*Nobody should expect any other hand to sponsor his or her political campaign in 2023.*
*As of now politics in Ebonyi State is no more one house affair, as it was before with PDP. It is quite different now.*
*Guber aspirants from other political parties have emerged to contest the election come 2023 in Ebonyi State, with the hope to be elected to the seat of the governor on their platforms.*
*That's why any political party that wants to win elections in Ebonyi, including the seat of the Governor must field a capable fellow, who has the attraction and the wherewithal to contest and compete well with others.*
*This time, money answers few things, with personality proof of majority support and a solidarity profile that is acceptable to the masses. It can't be automatic.*
*Any moment from now, those who are serious about politics of victory will start to penetrate the fabric of the populace, and won't want to be sponsored by anybody to become a winner.*
*But those who are waiting for manna to flow freely from the blues will be basking for a fat helping hand, to pamper them and become winners of nothing at last. Such are babies of hope.*
*I have looked around and seen what is on display now and it is obvious that previous methods, which were always a one-house political affair have dropped to a multipurpose system strategy.*
*So, let no political party be so naive about it this time because there is no more time to waste*
