A member representing Ezza South/Ikwo Federal Constituency, Hon Chinedu Ogah has warned the general public to avoid scammers using his golden name to defraud them of their hard-earned money.

The Federal Lawmaker made this known in a statement to journalists in Abakaliki, at weekend by his media group, the Ikukuoma Media Squad through Charles Iteshi, one of his aides.
Ogah revealed that the "scammers are at it again," and informed "the general public, especially those who are currently the clients of the impostor, the agent of destruction and pseudo apparatus operating this Facebook account to be wary of the intention behind the account."
He explained that "the account was created by scammers, using the golden name of Hon. (Comrade) Chinedu Ogah OON, member representing Ikwo/Ezza South Federal Constituency, probably to defraud and perform other nefarious activities online."
Further, the Green Chambers Lawmaker noted that "this is the stand of Ikukuoma Media Frontiers:
"That Hon Chinedu Ogah has no account with any social media and any information he wishes to make public comes from his media Assistants. Therefore, the general public is strictly advised to kindly ignore any Facebook account or message bearing the name of Hon. Comrade Chinedu Ogah, OON.
"That anyone who falls victim to their traps or charm stands alone as such a person with this information shall not be listened to, for compensation.
"That anyone who comes across the account should report it to the appropriate authority to fish out the fraudster."
