Officers present at the training benefit $3000 worth of Zugacoin
Officers and men of the Peace Corps of Nigeria from across the States of the Federation were present in Abuja for three (3) days of Digital Literacy Workshops. This training which is meant to equip National, State and Local Government executives of the Corps will go in no small measure to prepare members of the organization for the task ahead.
This first phase of the training exercise by the organization could only accommodate members of the National Executive Council, State Executives and Local Government Commanders. The restrictions have become necessary to enable the organization and companies involved in the training ample opportunity to plan adequately for the exercise. With time, all members of the organization shall be availed the opportunity to be trained.
Speaking at the workshop, the National Commandant, Peace Corps of Nigeria, Prof. Dickson Akoh hinted at the importance of acquiring digital skills at this material time as according to him, the world is transiting from analogue age into a borderless society, where almost everything will assume digital dimensions.
Prof. Akoh also applauded Arch-Bishop Sam Zuga for his magnanimity, which necessitated the generous donation of $3000 worth of Zugacoin to every officer of the Corps, he assured the Arch-Bishop that members of the organization will make judicious use of the donations, in other to better their lots and contribute positively to the society at large.
Members of the organization present at the workshop were taught how to trade with their $3000 worth of Zugacoin, and the prospect that Crypto currency has in this present world. At the moment, Zugacoin is the second largest Cryptocurrency in existence today in the world.
Members of the Peace Corps of Nigeria present at the workshop were from the 774 Local Government Areas of Nigeria, and every Local Government Area in Nigeria were represented at the workshop.
With this kind of formidable structure, the organization is fully ready to contribute her quarters to Nigerian society when given full statutory backup, through assent to the much anticipated Nigerian Peace Corps Establishment Bill, awaiting final passage by the House of Representatives.
