There is a message that came by inspiration for the people of Ebonyi State, about the coming of the 2023 Financial year from now. There's a ready title for it.
The government tagged the 2023 Budget a "Divine Mandate Consolidation and Continuity."
Then another tag spelt it as, "2023 Appropriation and Budget of Ebonyi State."
But I sought the exact title of the budget and didn't get the message until this morning which is Sunday the 6th of November 2022.
Now, there is an interpretation given to the 2023 Budget by the Holy Spirit. Look at it hereunder.
If the authorities in government buy the idea, the Holy Spirit of God interpreted it precisely as; the "2023 Budget of Restoration and Accommodation."
How the rundown of the Budget covered an advanced range of declarations by the Governor proved it so.
I believe that at times we can give anything any name, but if the Spirit of God is interested the name will quickly change.
I attended the Summit and was able to listen, and understood it like a human being in the flesh.

It depends on which subject I make inquiries about, requiring feedback from God sooner or later. God dictates the time.
Let me chip in something very clear about the 2023 BUDGET analysis before God and man.
The 2023 Budget may be the last one that the present regime will present in advance, for that reason God became interested.
Remember that when God takes interest in something, there must be a peculiarity involved, and He expands the horizon making it possible.
I saw the 2023 Budget as an extraordinary one, which has possibly accommodated the masses, with a programme of restoration of anything delayed or suspected to have not been reached beforehand or earlier.
That's the reason the Holy Spirit of God called the 2023 Budget a "Budget of Accommodation and Restoration," on a precise tone or language interpretation of it. That's why God isn't a man.
In 2023, everything lost will be found, everything not available will be stored, everything which was missed will be restored in Ebonyi State, and everyone will be accommodated in the new Budget. So, follow it up fast.
