He told his supporters not to panic about any challenge which may come during the campaign period while expressing his readiness to feature in a progressive federal legislature in such a manner that would properly equip his constituents for significant relevance as he steps into the fourth industrial revolution.
While unveiling his legislative focus cutting across National, regional and constituency issues, Dr Ezeh disclosed that he had excelled in entrepreneurship, commerce and academics; and equally become a self-made private sector leader such that politics for him would be purely about service.
He said that his mission in politics was never to enrich himself but to give back to society as his commitment on personal development had afforded him a viable source of livelihood.
Dr Ezeh noted that his constituents are dying in pain of poverty and assured that his emergence as the lawmaker representing them in the National Assembly in 2023 would not be business as usual.
In his words, "I have deliberately chosen the party that is people-centric - Labour Party whose logo is representative of the family. Papa, mama and pinkin are symbols of our commitment to people's welfare and progress.
"The Obidient Movement for me is a call to duty and a timely atmosphere through which we shall rebuild the Nigerian spirit.
"My manifesto is culled from the progressive belief that despite the skewed federal system, there remains sufficient room for a strong commitment to the development of our dear nation while continuing to push for a more balanced system.
"Together with all the Obidient citizens all over the country, we can build a Nigeria that is progressive, global, tech-driven, secure, entrepreneurial, and filled with sufficient job opportunities for its hard-working citizens driven by love, passion and vision for a better nation, and a better world.
"My pan-Africanist ideas will sync with the opportunities which I shall draw down and cause to be opened to my constituents even as they embrace the possibility of the global and digital Nigeria. This is how we shall wake up the Giants that have slumbered for too long in our souls."
The Labour Party Candidate further assured of addressing the urban non-indigenous settlers whose influence he considered as one of the strongest factors behind socioeconomic progress so far in his constituency.
The Oxford-trained entrepreneur said that he had travelled, schooled and survived in other climes and has as such "Ojemba enwe kilo," and therefore, promised to make every non-native resident within his constituency to continue to feel at home in Alaizhi.
"My specific focus shall therefore be to aggressively pursue improvement of life for all my constituents - native and non-native alike through a unique sense of purpose and goal-oriented parliamentary representation; which shall revolve around a well thought out legislative agenda; compartmentalized into three, namely national issues, regional issues and constituency projects," he said.
He further stated that he would passionately devote himself on behalf of his constituents to promote rule of law through relevant bills and useful contributions at penalties if emerged a winner in the 2023 polls.
He assured of contributing to the reduction of the cost of governance by joining forces with his like-minded fellows in the Green chambers and to reinforcing productive labour reform which he described as the top emphasis of the Obedient Movement on shifting Nigeria's economy from consumption to production.
On fiscal restructuring, Dr Ezeh said that he would join his like-minded parliamentarians to provide the necessary legislative framework to enable the Presidential candidate of the Labour Party, Mr Peter Obi achieve a leadn governance system that is both transformational and progressive.
He promised a people-centric constitution review, and regional security system, saying that he deeply shares in Mr Peter Obi's view that a sustainable solution to Nigeria's security problems lies in shared security responsibility across, not only all the tiers of government but all strata of the society down to the communities and villages.
On his constituency projects, the House of Representatives candidate promised to bring in enlightenment and empowerment programmes that would strengthen family institutions within his constituency.
He added: "Part of my constituency projects shall be an aggressive promotion of an approach to education that combines science, technology, engineering, arts and mathematics (STEAM) in guiding students to develop practical problems solving skills."
He equally assured of youth empowerment for productivity, stressing that "the Obidient Movement as we see it today is a youth movement," and expressed his readiness to assist youngsters whom he said, 'are burning with zeal and passion to unleash their God-given talents to unlock the enormous socioeconomic potentials of Nigeria.'
Dr Ezeh used the opportunity to distribute cars and buses to the Labour Party stakeholders in the Abakaliki/Izzi Federal constituency including the Director General of the Ifegachi Campaign Organisation, Barr Luke Adonwe, the chairmen of the campaign organisation in both Abakaliki and Izzi LGAs, all the Candidates of the State House of Assembly in his constituency, among other stakeholders in the area.
