On Monday 7th day of November 2022, I attended the Ebonyi State Year 2023 Budget Presentation made by Governor Umahi, at the EBHA Chambers.
Remember that the Budget Presentation of 2023 will pay more attention to boosting people's welfare this time.
Looking at the 2023 Budget as it stands, the Civil Servants will have the benefits of the good harvest of a "Latter Rain effect.
They will have an advantageous upper hand as I psyched it. The harvest has been made sure for them because those grey areas of their complaints are covered.
Remember that if you vote for either APC or the Honorable Speaker Francis O. Nwifuru, it is the same regime that will carry out the Budget implementation.
Remember that even from this moment, you can develop every hope to be a beneficiary of the dividends of the 2023 Budget.
Remember that the key aim of the 2023 Budget is to equip you to be strong, and to fight against any eventual global threat to your economic well-being.
It is also to prevent you from contracting a side effect pain, for you to escape the trouble of the unknown epidemic, which may result from the impending third World War, if not stopped.
The impending 3rd World War seems to be focused solely on destroying the nuclear sources of energy, impeding economic and reliant industrial targets of nations, as a means to starve the world population to death.
Without adequate and safe industrial trade connections at diplomatic relations levels, the entire world will starve and die.
Any danger emanating from it will affect the downtown areas of economic activities, security and conformity at the localities.
Times are too tough. We need cooperation at global levels of economic Budget planning for the local masses, which is the reason for the 2023 fiscal year by the present regime in Ebonyi State.
The present regime must have made the best psychological research work, using approved international standards of akin approach, to prepare the 2023 Budget and launch it.
Remember that no other type of political party has any prepared packaging of a Budget, which is made ready for the populace in Ebonyi State. Claim your future.
As a writer and as an ardent investigator of public mindsets on issues of the day, I was so compelled by my persuading Spirit to attend the event. There was an important reason for it.
I didn't go there to count on who and who was there but had in mind the Hon. Speaker, how Ebonyi State can fit into him, and him fitting into the State administrative helm of affairs after Governor Umahi.
I did not go there to watch the mammoth crowd of people and be part of them, but there was a mission for it. It was an official trip. My psych has the Speaker.
I didn't go there to look at the faces of the good people of the State but to stare at the face of the Right Honourable Speaker.
I didn't go there to hear the nice music tune and the drumbeats from the entertainment dancers around, but to see, know and understand the EBHA member's focus on the exercise and their feelings. My psych got catchy.
I did not attend the session for any other reason, then, I was able to know the Speaker very well from head to toe in spirit.
It was not only hearing the main speech presentation of the new Budget analysis that made me be there but to watch the steps of the Right Honorable Speaker of the EBHA Francis O. Nwifuru.
I didn't go there ordinarily with canal embodiment but wore a celestial garment of the mind.
I had in mind the task before him in the past, as a leader of a difficult political society around.
I had in mind the task ahead of him now, as a Guber Candidate of the APC in Ebonyi State.
I had in mind what could be his chances now, during and after the general elections in 2023.
I looked at him, looked at the incumbent Governor, and sized the two, based on intellectualism, psychological power, emotion, spiritual belonging, leadership quality, the height of Administrative standards, social backgrounds, exposure, political prowess and individual taste, liberal attitude towards issues as people with initiative, moral norms of public approach to the immediate and remote occurrences, governing principles, personal wishes and family regime, creative mindset, business innovation, sophistry in industry, the strength of the heart to accommodate public views and all other areas leading to a firm democratic dispensation, in a society of highly educated, wise and experienced people.
Upon all the above qualities of character hard to earn, I saw a mystery of surety in the inner circle around the soft tender mindset of the youthful Right Hon. Speaker, allowing God to be in charge of his life in trials and leadership challenges with time, surrendering all to GOD.
Immediately I noticed it l began to love him, believing he was ready for the work through the source of victory and triumph after all was said and done with speed time in 2023. My Psych concluded.
My appeal to everyone who is of voting age is to go to the polls, with a ready mind to vote for the Right Hon. Speaker, or vote for APC in Ebonyi State.
