Part one:
Media periscope on my Contributions to previous regimes in Ebonyi State, after Enugu State, Egede Lawrence divulges.
Earlier on I issued a clean slate report, about my family's contributions to the creation of Ebonyi State.
The first civilian regime in Ebonyi State paid minimal attention to the Founding Fathers as they deemed fit.
The next one which was handled by a Founding father, Governor Martin Nwancho Elechi recognized the group with retentive assistance, which is still ongoing as required by law with the present regime.
Since I knew what government and the masses should be, my opinion is that the two parties are one in governance as a pair, with no separation of both sides as partners, or as a twin working team.
The progress in it becomes real and purposeful, making living pleasant to everyone if the pair cooperate for better development.
It boils down to a Spiritual backing process of massive contributions, which is good and for greater expectations in developmental businesses.
When I came back to the East from Lagos in western Nigeria I first lived in Enugu, during the regime of Okwesili Eze Nwodo and was a Supply Contractor of Wine to the Governor's Lodge.
Barrister Nnia Nwodo who I knew in Lagos when he was a Junior Federal Minister made it possible for me to be given the supply business opportunity.
He later became one of the recent past PresidentGeneralsl of Ohanaeze Ndi Igbo Apex body.
I was also into Chemical product development, such as Liquid Detergent, Stain remover, Odour Control and Car Wash.
When Ebonyi State was later created I started relating with Navy Captain Feghabor, who was the Sole Administrator of the Ebonyi State government.
Proposed to the Sole Administrator, through the SSG then by name of Chief Orji.
The proposal was a Transport business development I titled: "Ebonyi Transport Company".
I went further to the Federated Motors Company at Creek Road Apapa in Lagos and obtained their proforma invoice on the series of Buses and prices.
I submitted it to the SSG and later heard on Radio, that the Ebonyi State government has launched Ebonyi Transport Service, "EBOTRANS.
Unfortunately they never even consulted me, but I made a case through the Office of the then Commissioner for Justice and Attorney General.
Navy Captain Feghabor only acknowledged it as my proposal, but no royalties for it.
Today EBOTRANS functions as an employment body in the State, nobody recognizes me but that's my contribution.
In the regime of Dr Sam. O Egwu I was the one, who tried to know the extent of rapport between the government and the Paramilitary agencies, including the Federal Road Safety Corp.
I went and interviewed their woman Commandant then, who handed me over to one of their Senior Traffic Officers to attend to me.
From my report about them, I made a general proposal on the improvement of the relationship between the Government And the Paramilitary Agencies, to the then SSG, Prof. Ozo Nweke Ozo and connected Onwa Ali Onwa, who was then SA Securities.
The day they launched that of the FRSC, I also heard it on Radio but wasn't consulted and I have to immediately rush to the office of Onwa Ali Onwa.
He responded by taking me in confidence to the People's Club the venue of the activity.
Surprisingly to the audience,e the woman Commandant of the FRSC stood up, and gave me her seat at the high table, while she declared the workshop open.
She introduced me to the audience about my efforts, involvements, official moves and contributions.
The officials who knew about it earlier on agreed with her, but she complained that her being invited there was too urgent.
Today, every Paramilitary Agency relates well with every government that emerges in Ebonyi State, including the Police and the Army and it is also part of my contributions.
Not only that, the improved relationship between Ohanaeze Ndi Igbo, both at the State level and also the National body with the government of Ebonyi State is a result of our contributions to the partnership recognition.
I was a principal activist and the official prime mover, for the Sociocultural Organization to relate well with the government.
During the regime of Governor Martin Nwancho Elechi, I was the Secretary to Ohanaeze Ndi Igbo Ebonyi State Chapter.
I was introduced to the regime propofol on the Ebonyi Day celebration, after interviewing some Primary, Secondary and Tertiary Institution Students.
I questioned them if they knew the exact date of Ebonyi State Creation, but they could not. I only wanted them to bear it in mind permanently in history.
The government took note of it and later started the program in earnest, which has become the talk of the town now with the conscious public.
I also gave a proposal to the regime of Governor Elechi on the solution to inter-communal conflicts, and the remedy for the strikes by Civil Servants.
Governor Elechi adopted part of it, plus the public opinions and government position, which had a serious impact on quelling the crisis then.
End of Part one.
To God is the glory forever.
