On a media periscope on the current political power situation report about Nigeria, Lawrence Egede writes.
I have discovered that it is not political parties that cause the political, social, religious and economic problems in Nigeria.
It is the personalities in charge that are generating no solutions to such problems because they have the power and authority to do whatsoever they deemed fit.
What do they think about Nigeria, Power and Authority, when it comes to who should be the President of the nation?
We can know their thoughts from how they schemed out our very best products in politics, during the Presidential primary elections of the last year 2022.
We can hear some dissenting voices against the recent endorsement of a political party Presidential Candidate who is in the race.
It is the political elements in vehement power and authority in Nigeria, that are attacking and condemning the endorsement of someone they hate in the race.
I don't know when it has become a crime to endorse a person or an offence to run the ongoing Presidential race.
They probably believe in their Club that they are the owners of Nigeria, and are the only people who can dictate the political pace for others in this country.
I knew from the body language of the key persons in power and authority in the nation, that a certain section of Nigeria is not worthy to be in the country's Presidential race.
This simple lesson is a common phenomenon with the human race, especially where individuals are in power and authority and also in control of the affairs of mankind.
In Nigeria every seat of power is regarded as the ultimate place to exercise authority, that's why people see it as a yardstick to do and undo.
There is no denial of what people can see there because it happens that way in Nigeria all the time, masterminded by the persons in the nation's highest places of politics, who have the authority to decide the way forward for the entire people of the country without hindrance.
That's the only attractive area of thinking or reasoning, which makes people struggle to catch the Presidential seat of power by all means available to them.
Apart from those doing it genuinely as a choice for the exercise of their fundamental human rights, others could be doing it only for reasons of the power and authority derivable from the Presidential seat as supreme.
Somehow human beings seem to challenge God in that regard, believing that the Presidential seat has got a supreme nature of power with unchallengeable authority.
It is only God that has got the Supreme power, the final and unchallengeable authority over people and everything.
Though God authorized his Permissive Willpower for every person to decide and choose the way forward in life people don't know that it is a privilege given to them, which has a limited active point of use in effect, and has no supreme nature of power attached to it.
In Niger,ia it is obvious that once people get to the seat of power they will always want to be there.
That's why anyone else trying to get a chance to seek the same position is a challenge to them and a perceived enemy.
In this regard, human beings also seem to challenge God who doesn't think like them.
Though God is Supreme in power without being greedy for it, people mistake the use of it for authority not knowing that God is not like them, and not an enemy to anyone but the best friend to everyone.
What I have seen in Nigeria looks as if the Presidential seat belongs to a certain group of people, who aggrandize the sharing formula to themselves alone with excessive power and authority.
They have been doing it for a long leaving the rest part of the country as not worthy to be there, but if they allow an opportunity given to others, they will turn it into a temporary privilege.
This is because they think that the Presidential seat of power is their natural inheritance, a solo political possession and an authoritative religious portion for them forever.
No wonder what happened during the Presidential primary elections, which remained more of an eye-opener to all of us.
It happened when people like Governor David Umahi of Ebonyi State and others in the mega political parties were schemed out of the national contests, by the greedy ones.
Surprisingly somebody who hails from the Southeast of Nigeria, in an underrated political party emerged as a Presidential Candidate.
It still surprises the doubting political Thomases in a section of the country, how could it be possible that a man from such a minute place emerges as a Presidential Candidate?
It still baffles them how could a man from a place they call nowhere, a man they see as nobody and feel he is without a tangible political substance to contest a Presidential election tries to challenge them at all.
It still marvels to them how a less expected man could be making serious waves and waxing strong, challenging the mega political party powers that be, and moving forward very fast to contest a national election into the Presidential seat of power in Nigeria.
Now they have embarked on all sorts of angrcampaignsgn of calumny against the man, who they now regard as a big trap and a political parasite in the race for the Presidential seat of power.
This has proved to the whole world what some top political elements in Nigeria think about the Presidential seat of power.
In my opinion map, I am seeing the future of political drama, with the eyes of a hawk quite differently from an ordinary view.
The situation has got three regional angles to the whole political equity matter of the nation.
It is like looking forward to the restructuring of the country into three federated units, which may comprise the North, East and West and based on zonal independence and integrity.
It is like saying to everyone, the old and the young that a time will sooner or later come, when a lasting solution will be needed to the problem of who has the ultimate right, to rule in their natural domain for peace to reign in a restructured Nigeria.
To God is the glory forever.
