I have quickly seen something in the present politics about the Presidency, BOLA TINUBU, APC, NIGERIA, OTHER POLITICAL PARTIES, the SOUTH of the country and the OUTCOME of the Presidential election. It is like the North is telling the South, look!, take the Presidency and allow us some rest but on an APC ticket instead of any other political party.
The North is like being wiser to say the South can go and try to manage the Presidential ticket together, or fight over who won in disunity under their watch.
The North is more or less like good spectators right now in the political field of play, having kicked the ball into the court of the South.
The politicians in the South should be aware that the North still have an Agenda. They are capable of using the weak point of others to their own greater advantage. They know how to come together again and map out the next strategy at home.
It is high time for the whole politicians in the South of Nigeria, to unite together and sort themselves out quickly.
Let them take it easy and then work as if the votes, the ticket and the mandate are in favour of the South of Nigeria, not for an individual or an ethnic group in particular.
It will serve them a better purpose than resisting the outcome of the election, no matter how they think about the whole matter.
The Nigerian political, social and economic situation report has nothing good for anybody to rejoice about for now, but the South can afford to establish unity and togetherness and can rejoice amongst themselves.
Let them quickly show other people the example of unity, peace, togetherness, harmony and tranquillity in the South.
Many times, we have been under great stress over the consistent power shift to the North all the time, especially the Presidency after the election with diversiontendenciesency on each occasion, but now it is different from the past disappointing experiences.
At last, the grief, the groaning, the lamentations and the fears about the Nigerian situation in politics, on the stake of the South at the Presidency is over for now.
Whether it worked accordingly or not, the ball is now inside the court of Southern Nigeria which calls for urgent unity, harmony and togetherness not to allow it to bounce back under the control powers of the North.
I know it is a successful gift to the South from the North, not necessarily a kind of victory over the North. This is because if the North has decided to take it back nobody can stop them.
So, let the whole Southern Nigeria politicians come home together and discuss with themselves the way forward now, or else we lose peace and other people will hijack everything very soon.
If the winner according to the INEC declaration agrees that he truly won the people's mandate, then it behoves him to come home and cooperate with other politicians in the South on how to forge ahead together in unity and peace. This is an opinion.
