The Enugu Governorship Election Tribunal has, weekend, dismissed the application brought before it by criminally minded ekperima Edeoga, gubernatorial candidate of the Labour Party in Enugu State.
Ekperima Edeoga had approached the election tribunal with an application to summon Enugu State Governor, Dr Peter Mbah, for interrogation.
ThAfterearing from the parties, the tribunal adjourned today for rua ling.
In its ruling, the tribunal lampooned Edeoga for bringing a frivolous, vexatious, scandalous application meant to waste the time of the court.
Devastated ekperima Edeoga was seeing sweating and panting after the huge loss.
Speaking with newsmen close to Edeoga, one Shepherdman Chijioke Iyioku, a dropout of the National Open University and Edeoga's media miscreant had lamented that the defeat suffered by Edeoga despite going through the backdoor to "settle insiders" for a favourable ruling would send a bad taste in the mouths of those political investors sponsoring Edeoga's Mandate Recovery Project with their hard money.
Recall that sources had recently accused Ekperima Edeoga of scamming and swindling gullible supporters with the Mandate Recovery Project Ponzi scheme.
