The leadership of the Movement for the Actualization of the Sovereign State Of Biafra, MASSOB, led by Uchenna Madu has berated the factional leader of Niger Delta militant, Asari Dokubo over alleged unguided utterances against Mazi Nnamdi Kanu.
MASSOB, who reacted to an utterance credited to the factional leader of Niger Delta militant, Asari Dokubo, wherein he (Dokubo) allegedly asked President Bola Tinubu, not to release Nnamdi Kanu, was a direct betrayal of Nnamdi KANU who fed him (Dokubo)and should be ignored.
The leadership of MASSOB, made this known in a statement signed by the National Director Of Information, Comrade Edeson Samuel and made available to newsmen in Abakaliki, capital of Ebonyi State on Sunday.
The statement reads in part: "The leadership of MASSOB is not surprised by Dokubo's ungratefulness and backstabbing attitudes, because that has been the character of those without a traceable origin" the group said.
MASSOB, however, challenged Dokubo to search his conscience and see that he is simply an object of cheap sabotage against the collective interest of the Eastern region, to get relevance from the federal government, he fought against years back.
The group, noted further that Nnamdi Kanu wasn't a criminal or a saboteur unlike his accuses, and expressed great worry on why President Bola TInubu allowed Dokubo who allegedly destroyed and vandalized petroleum pipelines in the name of self-determination agitation, to sit in the conference hall of the state house to address newsmen.
The leadership of MASSOB, however, warned Dokubo to desist from betraying Ndigbo, just because, he wants contracts from Bola Ahmed Tinubu's administration, stressing that Dokubo and his cohorts shouldn't forget in a hurry, how Ndigbo gave Ijaw people an unmeasurable support when in a challenge.
