Ahead of the Tuesday inauguration of the members-elect for the 10th National Assembly, the Aspirant for the Deputy Speakership position in the Green Chambers, Comrade Chinedu Ogah said he had made all the critical consultations towards his anticipated victory.
Recall that Comrade Chinedu Ogah is the incumbent lawmaker representing Ikwo/Ezza South Federal Constituency and he was re-elected during the February 25 Presidential and National Assembly elections.
Ogah declared his interest to become the 10th Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives, noting that he has the leadership experience and goal-oriented spirit to make the House very productive.
He, however, urged his supporters to be focused and prayerful for his emergence believing that he would emerge victorious at the end of the House election.
He made this known in a press release which was made available to our correspondent yesterday by his media aide, Charles Iteshi.
"I am contesting for the position of Deputy Speaker, 10th Assembly, Federal House of Representatives. I am goal-oriented, effective, and competent in leadership.
"I have been following your good wishes, support and prayers. Continue to pray for us as 13th June 2023 marks the official day of the election.
"I have done the necessary consultation, prayed and I am certain that we shall emerge victorious at the end of the tunnel. I love you all, friends, constituents, supporters, well-wishers, fans etc," Ogah said.
