Member representing Ishielu North Constituency in Ebonyi State House of Assembly and Chairman of House Committee on Security, Boarder Peace and Conflicts Resolution Hon Henry Sunday Eze says Ebonyi State Governor Chief Francis Ogbonna Nwifuru has demonstrated an exemplary leadership style characterized by a dear of God, prioritizing workers welfare and understanding the needs of the people which endeared him to Ebonyi people.
Hon Eze who made this known while speaking on this year's Democracy Day Celebrations maintained that the 2024 Democracy Day is a unique celebration as it reflects the celebration of good governance, accountability and judicious use of resources.
The lawmakers said that Governor Francis Ogbonna Nwifuru has proved that the mountain can come out of mould hill as he has made extra judicious use of the little resources accruable to the state to transform all the sectors that influence human living.
Hon Henry Eze made good reference to the various Capital Intensive Projects embarked upon by Governor Nwifuru which include a good road network, standard Healthcare delivery, improved standard and learning process in education, ensuring absolute peace and tranquillity throughout the state, human empowerment, payment of arrears of workers pension and gratuity.
Wondering how all these among other projects were made possible, Mr Henry Sunday Eze concluded that as a builder, a planner and a lawyer, RT Hon Bldr Francis Nwifuru did not allow any wasteful spending in his administration and equally gave the Projects the required supervision they deserved.
The House Committee Chairman on Security, Border Peace and Conflict Resolution equally lauded the supportive role of the wife of the State Governor, Her Excellency Chief Mrs Mary-Maudline Uzoamaka Nwifuru as she has touched many lives positively through her Better Health for Rural Women, Children and Internally Displaced (BERWO).
Hon Eze Commended the Speaker of Ebonyi State House of Assembly for his Sterling leadership which he said has culminated in the enactment of laws that have had a positive impact on the Ebonyi people.
He assured his constituents of continued good representation in the House of Assembly.
