The member representing Ebonyi North East State Constituency, Chief Mrs Chinyere Nwogbaga has commended the state governor, Chief Francis Nwifuru for the ongoing construction of the Nwogbaga Alo road by his administration.
The road is the major route which traverses Mrs Nwogbaga's Constituency and the state government has begun construction on it.
Nwogbaga in her first anniversary remarks at the State Assembly Hallow Chamber, Nkaleke, said the Ebonyi North East constituents remain eternal happy with Governor Nwifuru, having commenced the construction of the road which became deplorable since the past administration in the state.
The lawmaker, said, that even though she embarked on different empowerment programs for her constituents, would expedite action to bring more democratic dividends.
She commended the leadership of the Ebonyi State House of Assembly under the watch of Speaker Moses Ije Odunwa, saying the peaceful disposition of the House should be sustained.
"Today is our first anniversary in office, and the success records in the House remain applause.
"This is just the beginning of success in our legislative journey in this House. I must commend Mr Speaker and the distinguished colleagues for having been peaceful in our conduct for one year now.
"I sincerely extend the greetings of my family, constituents, friends and well-wishers to the best-performing governor of Ebonyi State, Rt Hon Bldr Francis Ogbonna Nwifuru, for having commenced the construction of the so popular Nwogbaga Alo road.
"Indeed, the Ebonyi North East constituents are very happy with His Excellency and we will continue to work in line with his People's Charter of Needs mantra.
"I promise my constituents only quality, effective and fulfilling representation," she said.
