The prevailing peaceful atmosphere, coupled with the glaring human capital and infrastructural development, has made Ebonyi State and her people celebrate the existence of Ebonyi State for 28 years.
I, Hon Prince Friday Oketa, the Coordinator of Echiaba Development Centre in Ebonyi local government area heartily felicitate with His Excellency, the fourth Executive Governor of Ebonyi State, the Onwa of our time and the incomparable Builder, Rt Hon Francis Ogbonna Nwifuru for taking Ebonyi State to the next level through unprecedented human capital and infrastructural transformations with the People's Charter of Needs agenda.
Your Excellency, indeed you have demonstrated that where there is a will, there must be a way. You have made governance to be meaningful to the people and life more enjoyable most especially in the rural areas where I hold sway as a Coordinator.
Sir, your impactful leadership style has become evident in our state through your impactful empowerment programmes for the Ebonyians, especially the youths and women whom you have made millionaires, creating an enabling environment for businesses and investments to thrive in our dear State, the Salt of the Nation.
The support of Her Excellency, the Queen Mother and First Lady of Ebonyi State, Chief Mrs Mary-Maudline Uzoamka Ogbonna Nwifuru, through her BERWO Foundation, whose programmes have made the development of the state all-encompassing, especially the women, widows, children, less privileged and vulnerable people that have got the feel of the present government in the state.
Equally appreciated are all the government officials who have played one role or the other in supporting His Excellency to achieve the laudable feats that have been achieved in less than two years in office.
