Governor Francis Nwifuru has practicalized the law of comparative advantage in the agricultural sector and all-inclusive governance in Ebonyi State.
The Senior Special Assistant to the State Governor on Agriculture and Natural Resources, Hon Chief Anthony Onyibe Nwegede state this in his congratulatory message during the 2024 independence anniversary.
Nwegede, the former state lawmaker said Governor Nwifuru has practicalized the law of comparative advantage in the agriculture sector with heavy support to the farmers in the state, who constituted 80 per cent of the agrarian populace.
His words: "On October 1st, Ebonyians have reasons to celebrate emancipation from backwardness, underdevelopment and marginalization.
"This year's celebration is unique as according to the scripture, "when the righteous is on the throne, the people rejoice." We in Ebonyi have what it takes to celebrate 28 years of creation and join every other state to celebrate the 64 years of independence of Nigeria.
"Our Leader and Governor of Ebonyi State, Rt Hon Francis Ogbonna Nwifuru (ONWA), has increased the intensity of the celebrations of the miraculous achievements of his People's Charter of Needs mantra, which cut across all facets of life.
"His Excellency has practicalized the law of comparative advantage in the agriculture sector with heavy support to the farmers in the state, who constitute 80 per cent of the agrarian populace.
"Her Excellency, Chief Mrs Mary-Maudline Uzoamka Ogbonna Nwifuru, the wife of the Governor and the pillar behind the good outing of her husband, our programmatic leader has complemented the achievements of her husband through her programmes and activities of her pet project BERWO.
"As I salute the Ebonyi State first family, all other well-meaning Ebonyians should partake in my hearty felicitations.
"All Ebonyians should celebrate the unprecedented development that has happened within 28 years of existence and the type of leader God has given us in our state, the Salt of the Nation.
