A Business Mogul and Chief Executive Officer of Optimus Hotels Abakaliki, Chief Anthony Edeh, has tasked members of the Eternal Brothers Club to always seek what to do for the club and not what it should do for them.
Edeh used the popular 1961 cliche from the Former American President, John F. Kennedy, while speaking with newsmen on the backdrop of the recent successes of the club, climaxed with a glamorous award night.
The award night/ Easter party saw the club conferring prestigious awards on 17 distinguished personalities from the political, business and social sectors of the society.
The CEO urged the club members to feel immensely proud to belong to the club as it is "without fear of equivocation, the best club in the state."
He noted that commitment of members to the cause of the club would effectively portray its core values to the world.
"Our core values should make our ideas addictive socially and other spheres.
"The club needs much interventions to actualise set goals and enhance members' welfare."
Eternal Brothers Club have a unique opportunity—and responsibility—to drive positive change. By embedding social responsibility into their core strategies, they can build businesses that thrive financially while creating lasting societal value. As consumer and investor expectations evolve, ethical practices are no longer optional but a cornerstone of sustainable success.
Edeh also urged entrepreneurs to always give back to the society which had contributed to its successes.
"This might not be under any law but being conscious of helping others and helping to develop the society, makes one business to grow.
"The people who patronise ones products, live within the environment and they deserve to be given-back to."
