The Eternal Brothers Club has commenced the process of integrating patrons and patronesses into its schemes by organising private visits to distinguished individuals, selected for the noble, exalted position and inducting them in the process.
The club in the proactive step, selected various delegation of members to visit and induct the selected patrons and patronesses, showcasing its commitment towards due process, efficiency and excellence.
The delegation have visited 11 out of the selected 15 societally-recognised individuals, exploring the ambience of convivalence to elicit support, commitment and fatherly guidance.
The delegations visited the patrons and patronesses who include the Senior Special Assistant to Ebonyi state on Road Maintenance, Chief Ben Nwovu, Mrs Irene Nweze and the state Commissioner for Agriculture and Natural Resources, Princess Nkechinyere Iyoku.
The delegations also visited Chief Joseph Okonkwo, the state Commissioner for Local Government and Chieftaincy Matters, Chief Uchenna Igwe, the Chief Executive Officer of Optimus Hotels Abakaliki Chief, Emeka Ede, Chief Dominic Nwibe, Chief Fabian Muoneke among others.
During the visit to the Commissioner for Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs, Chief Uchenna Igwe Tuesday, 24th June 2025, a delegation of the club led by Seasoned Administrator High Chief Dad Enigwe, outlined the major inprints of the club.
Enigwe said the purpose of the visit was to formally inform the commissioner of his nomination and selection as a Patron of the club.
"The honour is in recognition of your distinguished experience, admirable leadership qualities and profound knowledge of governance and community service."
Hon. Uchenna Igwe in his response, appreciated the club for the honour bestowed on him and declared his acceptance of the position.
"i pledge to support the vision and activities of the Eternal Brothers Club in fostering unity, development and social responsibility in the society."
The other members of the delegation include: the Board of Trustees (BOT) Vice Chairman Hon Uche Muoka, the club's Vice Chairman Hon. Chidi Alo, Dr Emeka Nweze, Uche Ejimofor, Victor Maduka and Nnamdi Onyedika.
A delegation of the club also in a remarkable show of unity,, vision and honour, visited Chief Mrs. Chinwe Irene Nweze to honour her as a Patroness of the Club.
The team lead by the Pragmatic Club's President, Hon. Charles Akpu-enika said the visit was both symbolic and significant as the position is reserved for people of impeccable character, proven philanthropy and strong societal influence.
Akpu-enika accompanied by his ever-supportive and damsel-ic wife, Mrs. Amaka Doris Akpu-enika, said that Nweze’s recognition as a Patroness was no coincidence.
"It is a clear recognition of her selfless service to humanity, consistent philanthropic gestures, and glowing social relevance.
"She stands tall as a beacon of hope, compassion and commitment to the upliftment of the less privileged—a true embodiment of what the Eternal Brothers Club represents."
Mrs Nweze in her acceptance of the honour, sad it has strengthened the bond between her and the club, and also reflects the value and vision-driven leadership/ followership of the club.
She advised the club to sustain its bridge-building and life--uplifting values as such had proven that true honour is earned through impact.
The other members of the high -powered delegation include: Chief Barry Okonkwo, Chief Uche Chukwu Afudike, Mr Alloy Osonwa, Eric Nwabueze, Dan Udoji, Victor Maduka and Apostle Innocent Egbo.
