The Director-General and Founder of LACH Foundation, Apostle (Barr.) Luke Chibueze Adonwe, has been officially inducted as an Associate and Chartered Member of the Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators (ICMC), Nigeria, a recognition that reinforces his commitment to promoting peace, justice, and reconciliation across communities.
Addressing journalists in Abakaliki shortly after the induction ceremony, Apostle Adonwe described the achievement as “a divine endorsement of our mission to heal conflicts with truth, love, and fairness.”
“No conflict is too complex to resolve when guided by integrity and empathy,” he said.
“With this professional certification, LACH Foundation is now fully equipped to mediate, arbitrate, and conciliate disputes helping individuals, families, organizations, and communities achieve peaceful and equitable outcomes," he further stated.
The induction, he explained, enhances the foundation’s capacity to deliver structured conflict resolution services, foster dialogue, and promote restorative justice in both private and public sectors.
