---As OHANIVO people join Aja Nwabueze Foundation to mark yuletide in Ebonyi
An All Progressives Congress (APC) chieftain and former deputy gubernatorial candidate of Labour Party in Ebonyi State, Prince Nwabueze Ajah, has called on Nigerians, particularly the people of Ebonyi State, to embrace unity and lend their full support to the administrations of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Governor Francis Ogbonna Nwifuru for sustained national and state development.
Ajah made the call during a New Year thanksgiving and prayer ceremony organized by the Prince Ajah Nwabueze Foundation in Ohanivo community, which attracted community leaders, youths, women, and members of the foundation.
He said the New Year thanksgiving was not only an expression of gratitude to God for life, protection, and good health but also an opportunity to reflect on the collective responsibility of citizens in promoting peace, unity, and progress.
According to him, national and state development can only be achieved in an atmosphere of unity and mutual support, stressing that political differences should not be allowed to undermine the common interest of the people.
Ajah commended President Tinubu for what he described as his bold reform initiatives aimed at stabilizing the economy, strengthening governance, and repositioning Nigeria for long-term growth.
He urged Nigerians to remain patient and supportive as the reforms begin to yield positive results.
The APC chieftain also praised Governor Nwifuru for his people-oriented leadership style and commitment to infrastructural development, social welfare, and inclusive governance across Ebonyi State.
He noted that the governor’s policies and projects were already having visible impacts on communities and improving the living conditions of the people.
He further called on the people of Ohanivo and Ebonyi State at large to continue to support the Nwifuru-led administration, emphasizing that sustained public support would enable the government to consolidate on its achievements and deliver more dividends of democracy.
He urged residents to remain steadfast in their support for the APC-led government ahead of the 2027 general elections, describing continuity as key to deepening development and ensuring long-term stability in the state.
The thanksgiving ceremony featured prayers for peace, unity, and prosperity in Ohanivo community, Ebonyi State, and the nation at large.
