The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has elected Goodluck Chidiebere Egwu as its Deputy National Publicity Secretary.
Egwu emerged through a consensus process at the party’s national convention held at the Moshood Abiola Stadium in Abuja.
Before his election, Egwu served as the PDP’s National Vice Chairman for the South East Zone. Party officials said his emergence followed consultations among stakeholders and delegates at the convention.
The national convention brought together party leaders and delegates from across the country to fill key national positions and review party affairs.
Egwu is expected to assist in managing the party’s communications and public engagements in his new role.
His election was concluded without reported disputes.
