The Friends of Tinubu Reforms (FTR) Campaign Organisation has appointed Hon. Agbo Sunday Ogbunjor as its Ebonyi State Coordinator, with a charge to intensify grassroots mobilisation and public enlightenment on the administration’s reform agenda.
The appointment was contained in a letter dated June 5 and signed by the Director-General of the organisation, Comrade (Hon) Agbor Ebipade.
According to the group, the FTR is mandated to sensitise Nigerians on the policy direction of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, with particular emphasis on explaining ongoing reforms and their long-term benefits to national development.
It said the organisation seeks to bridge the gap between government policies and public understanding by promoting awareness of what it described as “necessary reform measures” aimed at repositioning the economy for sustainable growth and prosperity.
The group further noted that its activities are focused on grassroots engagement, civic education, and sustained advocacy for better public appreciation of government policies.
In his reaction, Hon. Ogbunjor expressed appreciation for the appointment and pledged to mobilise support across Ebonyi State through sustained awareness campaigns.
He said his leadership would focus on deepening understanding of the reform programme at the grassroots and strengthening support for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s administration ahead of the 2027 general elections.
