The National Youth Council of Nigeria (NYCN), Ebonyi State Chapter, has felicitated the Member representing Ikwo/Ezza South Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives, Rt. Hon. (Comrade) Chinedu Ogah, OON, on the occasion of his 50th birthday, describing him as an exceptional leader whose life has been defined by selfless service, grassroots leadership, and unwavering commitment to youth empowerment.
In a goodwill message signed by the Chairman of the Council in Ebonyi State, Comrade Douglas Ochishi, the organization said Ogah's golden jubilee was more than a celebration of age, but a reflection of five decades of impactful living, visionary leadership, political consistency, uncommon courage, and enduring dedication to the development of Ebonyi State and Nigeria.
The youth body noted that the federal lawmaker has distinguished himself through purposeful representation anchored on humility, accessibility, compassion, and an unwavering commitment to the welfare of his constituents.
According to the statement, Ogah has continued to champion programmes and initiatives that have transformed communities, empowered thousands of young people, expanded educational opportunities, improved access to healthcare, supported agricultural development, enhanced infrastructure, created employment opportunities, and restored hope to countless families across his constituency.
The Council described the lawmaker as a shining example of leadership driven by service rather than the pursuit of public office, adding that his contributions have continued to inspire confidence in democratic governance and people-oriented representation.
