The 2027 candidate of African Democratic Congress for Abakaliki North State Constituency, Arc. Joseph Ogbaga, has felicitated with Dr. Isaac Monday Ikpor on the occasion of his birthday, describing him as a man whose life has been defined by humility, hard work, service and positive impact on society.
Ogbaga, in a special birthday message to Ikpor, said the celebrant had continued to distinguish himself through his commitment to leadership, public service and the wellbeing of others.
