Chief Peter Ogochukwu Mbam (aka Peterside).
The Catholic Women Organization (CWO), St. Thomas Parish Nwofe Agbaja in Izzi Local Government Area of Ebonyi State on Sunday 29th August, 2021 honoured Chief Peter Ogochukwu Mbam popularly known as Peterside as Nwachimereze 1 of the Church.
Golden Truth gathered that Peterside is a native of Enyibuchiri Ishieke in Agalegu Community in Ebonyi Local Government Area of Ebonyi State.
He was born in 1993 into the family of late Mr. Felix Nwangbo Mbam and Mrs. Monica Mbam.
He started his primary education at Unity Primary School, Ohatekwe Ishieke in 2003 and finished in 2008.
He subsequently started his secondary education at Great Emmanuel Secondary School, Enyadulogu Agelegu Ishieke in 2008 and graduated in 2013.
After his secondary education, he travelled to Lagos State for business, where he engaged into selling of wears.
Due to the fact that Peterside is a man of integrity, he never engaged in social vices, he rather chose to continue trying new things as he believes so much in the words of Abraham Lincoln which says "you are not a failure until you accept defeat as permanent and quit trying."
In 2019 after trying so many businesses in Nigeria, Peterside got a connection with a Malaysia - linked company that transacts golden products in Ghana. His breakthrough started there from his transactions directly with them in Malaysia through an online platform.
Currently, he is an independent representative of Quest International Company, as well as an undergraduate student in SMC University in Switzerland.
He is currently the CEO of Peterside Unisex Collections (a home of all kinds of quality wears) located at Ishieke Market along Nwiboko Obodo Road in the state.
In vote of thanks, Peterside thanked the Catholic Church of Abakaliki Diocese, the new Bishop, Most Rev. Dr. Peter Nworie Chukwu, the South East CAN Chairman, Rev. Fr. Abraham C. Nwali, the Parish Priest, Rev. Fr. Augustine Akah, Chief Mrs Liliana Nwankwo - Chairman of the Occasion, Chief Mrs Patricia Nwankwegu - CWO President among others for honouring him and their contributions for success of the event.
He assured them of his continuous support to Christendom and the society at large.
Interacting with his well-wishers, Chief Nicodemus Ochigbo, Prof. Paul Nwobashi - the University Don, and numerous others congratulated him for the meritorious award.
They expressed joy for having made them proud by living an exemplary life anchored on charity to humanity and in the Lord's vineyard, saying the act speaks volume of him even though he is still at his youthful age.
