-Extols performance of Governor Umahi
As Nigeria clocks 61 and our state, Ebonyi, salt of the Nation 25, I, Comrade Mrs Jennifer Onyekachi Adibe-Nwafor, Special Assistant to the Governor on Inter- Party and Labour Matters on behalf of my family, the Labour unions, and all political parties in the state joyfully felicitate with the Governor of Ebonyi State, His Excellency Engr David Nweze Umahi, FNSE, FNATE and wife, Her Excellency Chief Mrs Rachel Umahi, the State Deputy Governor, Barr. Kelechi Igwe and wife, the speaker of Ebonyi State House of Assembly, Rt. Honour Francis Nwifuru and all members of the Hallow Chambers, The Chief Judge, Justice Elvis Ngene and other brother judges, the State Exco members and indeed all Ebonyians on this special day.

Your Excellency sir, Ebonyi under your divine oriented leadership has a lot to celebrate. You have indeed placed us on pedestal and today, the neglected and hitherto relegated Ebonyi is a yardstick to measure development.
Your Excellency led administration has returned smiles on the lips of Ebonyians and beat back negative impression previously carried against the state. Indeed I'm happy to be associated with the administration.
Sir, do I count your Infrastructural legacies that have recreated and transformed us to the modern development hub, your inclusion of Ebonyi women and youths in the administration of the state, empowerment programmes and your agricultural policies which have returned our lost glory as a food state. your approval for the recruitment of 5,000 Ebonyians into state and local government civil service is another human empowerment worthy of note.
You have also given Ebonyi workers a sense of belonging through the prompt payment of their salaries, including the 13th month salary cum gratuity and pensions to those concerned.
As Ebonyians roll out their drums to celebrate Nigeria at 61 and dear state Ebonyi at 25, I most joyfully rejoice with you, and with other great heroes who sacrificed their time, human and other material resources in the struggle to ensure that Nigeria is an independent nation and Ebonyi is an autonomous state in the nation.
I therefore pray that God will continue to bless you with wisdom and Longevity as you navigate the ship of Ebonyi State to the Next Level.
