The Luke Chibueze Adonwe Human (LACH) Foundation has entered into a strategic partnership with the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) in Ebonyi State to enhance employment and welfare opportunities for corps members serving in the state.
This development followed a familiarisation visit by the Foundation’s management team, led by its Director-General, Apostle (Barr.) Luke Chibueze Adonwe, to the NYSC Orientation Camp in Afikpo Local Government Area on Saturday, October 5, 2025.
The delegation, which included the Ebonyi State Coordinator of the Foundation, Dr. Basil Okoro Onwukike, and some volunteers such as Major J. D. Akpan and Captain A. Yayock, was warmly received by the NYSC State Coordinator, Mrs. Foluke Oladeinde.
In her remarks, Mrs. Oladeinde commended the LACH Foundation for its consistent commitment to humanitarian services and youth empowerment.
She described the Foundation’s outreach as a noble example of service to humanity and expressed her willingness to join as a volunteer, noting that she shares the same passion for improving lives and building a better society.
The NYSC State Coordinator also appreciated the Ebonyi State Government, led by His Excellency Rt. Hon. (Builder) Francis Ogbonna Nwifuru, for his continued support to the NYSC through the provision of logistics, official accommodation, and financial assistance to enhance the smooth running of the scheme.
She urged the LACH Foundation to extend its support to corps members in need and contribute to their post-service empowerment.
Responding, Apostle (Barr.) Luke Adonwe lauded the NYSC leadership for its enduring contribution to national development and youth integration.
He reaffirmed the Foundation’s readiness to partner with the NYSC in creating employment and welfare opportunities for corps members, stressing that empowering young people remains central to the Foundation’s vision.
He noted that the Foundation would explore avenues such as skill acquisition programs, mentorship, and collaborative projects aimed at preparing corps members for life after service.
The visit ended with an interactive session and a group photograph, symbolizing the beginning of a productive partnership between LACH Foundation and the NYSC in Ebonyi State.
