The Eternal Brothers Club, a glamourous and societal-oriented social club on Saturday, displayed its avid solidarity to members' cause when it stood firm with Mr Okechukwu Igwe during his pomp-filled and pagentrious wedlock to former Miss Matilda Nwangele.
The elaborate reception held at the main hall of Salt Lake Hotels Abakaliki had the creame la creame of the Ebonyi society and beyond in attendance with the Eternal club members in full presence.
The Ebullient President of the Club, Hon. Charles Akpu--Enika who was at the event with leaders of the club consisting of business impressarios, elected and appointed government officials, academia. among others, wished the couple a blissful union.
The Immediate Past Commissioner for Youth Development and Sports, in Ebonyi State thanked everyone who attended the event, noting that the club was there to perform its constitutional task of identifying with members in times of joy and sorrow.
The Game Changer as Akpu--Enika is called in the Ebonyi political and social circles, prayed for God's protection on the couple and all blessing accruing from marital life.
"The presence of club members here shows the unity existing in it and the love we embody which have catapulted us to enviable glory.

The Celebrant, Mr Okechukwu Igwe thanked everyone who attended the event and particularly appreciated the esteemed presence of Eternal Brothers club members.

Mrs Angela Ifenna, a Well Wisher to the couple, wished them success in their marital endeavours and God"s blessing on all those who attended the event.

Members of the club and other friends/ well wishers who spoke at the event, paid glowing tribute to the couple and described them as a "perfect match".
The solemnisation ceremony of the union. took place at the St. Bonaventure Parish, Ogoja Road Abakalii.
