The Association of Artisans Association of Nigeria, Ebonyi State Chapter, has congratulated the Governor of Ebonyi State, Rt. Hon. Builder Francis Ogbonna Nwifuru, on his victory at the recently concluded APC Governorship Primary Election and the successful celebration of three years in office.
In a congratulatory message signed by the State President of the association, Comrade Francis John Nwebonyi, the artisans described Governor Nwifuru’s victory at the primary election as a clear reflection of the confidence, trust, and widespread acceptance his administration enjoys among the people of the state.
The association noted that the governor’s achievements within the past three years have continued to distinguish his administration as purposeful, visionary, and people-oriented, particularly through the implementation of the People’s Charter of Needs agenda.
According to the group, the Nwifuru administration has recorded significant milestones in infrastructure development, education, healthcare, security, agriculture, youth empowerment, workers’ welfare, human capital development, and economic reforms aimed at improving the standard of living of Ebonyi people.
The artisans further commended the governor for sustaining peace, unity, and social stability across the state through his reconciliatory leadership style and people-centered policies, which they said have restored public confidence in governance.
The association also extolled the administration’s infrastructural projects, especially strategic road constructions, urban renewal programmes, and efforts towards the stabilization and enhancement of facilities at the Chuba Okadigbo International Airport, noting that such initiatives are positioning Ebonyi State as an emerging economic destination in Nigeria.
On education, the group applauded Governor Nwifuru’s investments in the ICT University, Oferekpe Agbaja, the Aeronautics and Aerospace University, Onueke, as well as scholarship opportunities provided for Ebonyi students within and outside the country.
The association equally acknowledged the contributions of the wife of the governor, Chief Mrs. Mary-Maudlin Uzoamaka Nwifuru, describing her humanitarian activities through the Better Health for Rural Women, Children and Internally Displaced Persons Foundation (BERWO) as complementary to the successes of the present administration.
The artisans further commended the Deputy Governor, Princess Patricia Onyemaechi Obila, the Speaker of the Ebonyi State House of Assembly, Moses Ije Odunwa, members of the State Executive Council, National Assembly members, political appointees, traditional rulers, and other stakeholders for supporting the transformation agenda of the state government.
Reaffirming their support for Governor Nwifuru’s administration, the association pledged continued solidarity with the government in its efforts to build a more prosperous and united Ebonyi State.
The group also prayed for God’s wisdom, strength, sound health, and divine guidance upon the governor as he continues to lead the state.
