Prominent All Democratic Alliance (ADC) chieftain, media consultant and public relations strategist, Chief Eze Chukwuemeka Eze, has celebrated his daughter, Mrs. Monica Asabe Chidinma Chukwuemeka-Elechi, on the occasion of her 34th birthday, describing her as an accomplished media professional, committed humanitarian and a woman whose life exemplifies service, resilience and excellence.
In a statement issued on Saturday, Chief Eze extolled Monica's achievements in the media and humanitarian sectors, noting that her remarkable contributions to public communication and community development have earned her admiration across the country.
He described his daughter as "a trailblazer, a workaholic and a woman of grace and purpose," adding that her life reflects dedication, discipline and an unwavering commitment to nation-building.
According to him, Monica, who was born in Jimeta-Yola, Adamawa State, represents the true spirit of national unity, having lived and worked across different parts of Nigeria while embracing the country's cultural diversity.
Eze noted that Monica received her early education at ABTI International School before proceeding to OSISATECH, Enugu, and later obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations from Caritas University, Enugu.
He stated that her professional journey has seen her distinguish herself as a blogger, graphic artist, media consultant and digital communications expert, culminating in her appointment as Technical Adviser on Media to former Ebonyi State Governor and current Minister of Works, Senator David Umahi.
The ADC stalwart further highlighted Monica's passion for grassroots development, noting that she founded DUNAETA, a non-governmental organisation dedicated to promoting democracy, civic participation and community empowerment.
He said her commitment to public service also inspired the establishment of digital platforms for civic engagement, including live-streaming of public events and sustained social media campaigns aimed at promoting civic education and democratic participation.
Eze equally commended his daughter's humanitarian interventions, particularly her recent outreach programme for elderly persons across six local government areas of Ebonyi State, describing the initiative as a reflection of her compassion and commitment to improving the lives of vulnerable citizens.
"Today, I celebrate not just my daughter, but a symbol of purpose, service and resilience. Happy birthday, Monica—the fiery lady of the pen," he said.
He prayed for God's continued guidance, protection and abundant blessings upon her life.
The birthday celebration attracted goodwill messages from family members, friends, professional associates and admirers, who praised Monica for her humility, generosity, integrity and unwavering dedication to those around her.
Her husband, Dr. Elechi O. Elechi, described her as "a bundle of joy, peace and gladness," praying that God would continue to increase and bless her beyond human imagination.
Her mother, Mrs. Henrietta Chukwuemeka-Eze, expressed gratitude to God for Monica's life and growth, praying that divine grace would continually sustain and strengthen her in all circumstances.
Her siblings, including Kelechi, Celine, Eunice, Chioma and Grace Chukwuemeka-Eze, paid glowing tributes to her, describing her as selfless, compassionate, courageous and a dependable pillar of support to the family.
